The first CWS game (vs. Georgia) is at 11 a.m on Saturday.
The challenge is to find a place to watch the game that is:
a) open at 11 a.m.
b) centrally located (I figure that most people will be coming from Mission Valley, La Jolla/UTC, and the north county coast.
The best spot I've found is Oggi's in Carmel Valley/Del Mar(http://www.oggis.com/Locations/DelMar/DelMarHome.htm).

Also, I happened to find a Rice Baseball website (http://riceowlsbaseball.blogspot.com) put together by an alum in Houston. There's a lot of great photography.

I can't make Saturday, but I'm all for any of the other games next week. Oggi's in Del Mar is good until they kick you out when they want to close at 8PM ...
Yeah, I can't make Saturday either, but if the games are late games next week, I'm in. Of course, the later the game is, the better for us since we'll be in the winner's bracket all the way (as it should be).
